FIBC 1 Loop
The FIBC 1 Loop is a compact and cost-efficient bulk container lifted by a single central loop. Designed for crane or forklift top-lift handling.

Woven polypropylene (PP), UV stabilised. Safe Working Load 500–2000 kg with a 5:1 safety factor. Available with open top, filling spout, flat base, or discharge spout. Optional PE or PP liners in tubular or bottleneck configuration.
The FIBC 1 Loop is manufactured from woven polypropylene (PP) fabric and features a single central lifting loop that enables straightforward crane or forklift handling. The design is particularly well-suited to automated filling operations, including Bag on Roll (BOR) systems, where one central lifting point simplifies bag handling throughout the production cycle and reduces downtime between fills.
Compared to 4-loop configurations, the 1 loop FIBC offers a superior cost-to-weight ratio — typically up to 20% lower material cost — without compromising on safe working load or functional performance. The standardised single-loop construction also supports higher manufacturing automation, resulting in consistent quality, predictable lead times, and strong suitability for high-volume procurement.
All 1 loop FIBCs can be equipped with inner liners for moisture protection, contamination barriers, or improved discharge of fine or hygroscopic materials. Liners are available in PE or PP in tubular, bottleneck, or form-fit configurations from 65 to 120 micron thickness. Bags are available with custom dimensions and can be printed in up to four colours on all panels, with UN certification available on request for hazardous goods applications.

Why Choose a 1 Loop FIBC?
The 1 loop design offers a superior cost-to-weight ratio — up to 20% more economical than comparable 4-loop configurations. The single central lifting point reduces material use and simplifies both manufacturing and handling, making it an attractive choice for standard bulk applications at scale.
- Single-hook lifting — compatible with cranes, forklifts, and automated filling lines
- Up to 20% cost saving compared to 4-loop FIBC designs
- Bag on Roll (BOR) compatible — ideal for automated filling operations
- Space-efficient storage — compact flat-pack format reduces warehouse footprint
- Customisable — choice of top, bottom, liner, and print options to fit your process
Available Configurations
The FIBC 1 Loop is available in a range of configurations to suit different filling, transport, and discharge requirements. All variants can be specified with optional PE or PP liners for moisture and contamination protection.
Filling spout + flat bottom
Controlled filling via a sewn-in spout, with a flat base for stable pallet placement. Suitable for fine or free-flowing powders.
Filling spout + discharge spout
Combines a filling spout at the top with a discharge spout at the base for controlled, gravity-fed emptying — ideal for process lines.
Open top + flat bottom
Standard open top for fast bulk filling, with a flat base. Available with optional liner insert for moisture-sensitive products.
Open top + dischare spout
Open top filling combined with a bottom discharge spout — a practical combination for operations with gravity-fed discharge systems.
FIBC 1 Loop + 4 Loops (hybrid)
A hybrid configuration with one central top loop and four conventional corner loops — offering maximum handling flexibility for operations using mixed equipment.
